TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE, England.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:
This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK Business Owners trading and registered in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland (each a “Business”) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to Business Owners in the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, or the Channel Islands.

3. An employee entering on behalf of the Business must have Business Owner’s permission before participating. The winner would be the Business Owner regardless of who made the entry.

4. Participants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The participant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the participant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

5. Purchase necessary during Promotional Period of 1x KP Nuts pub card case: Original Salted Peanuts, Dry Roasted Peanuts or Aromatic Thai Chilli Flavour Coated Peanuts or 1 x case of KP Aromatic Thai Chilli Coated Peanuts 55g; £1.35 PMP, KP Original Salted Peanuts 65g; £1.35 PMP or KP Dry Roasted Peanuts 65g; £1.35 PMP.

6. This promotion features across KP Nuts cases with one shared prize pool.

7. Please do not purchase more KP Nuts pub cards than you are able to either store, display or sell to participate in this promotion.

8. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 10:00 on Monday 31^st August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 22^nd November 2026 (the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).

b. Each weekly entry period (“Weekly Prize Draw”) is as follows:

c. For each valid weekly entry during the Main Promotion Period, an eligible Business will be allocated one entry for a chance to win the Grand Prize Draw (maximum of 12 entries in total). The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Monday 23^rd November 2026 in accordance with paragraph 13b. Participants can opt out of the Grand Prize Draw by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts26.com in accordance with clause 13j.

d. The “Late Entry Promotion” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 Monday 23^rd November 2026 and 23:59 on Sunday 17^th January 2027 (the “Late Entry Promotion Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Promotion Period will not be accepted. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry into the Grand Prize Draw.

9. HOW TO ENTER:

a. Go to kpnutsfordarts26.com.

b. Enter your full name, business name, premises address, valid email address and mobile phone number.

c. Upload a photo of your receipt. Receipt can be uploaded as a jpeg or pdf file. Please ensure both date of purchase and purchase details are visible. Please upload two images if it is not possible to show both details in one photo.

d. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Business per Weekly Prize Draw (Monday to Sunday). For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry per Business per Weekly Prize Draw will be accepted. A Business can use only one name, premises address, email address and phone number to enter once per Weekly Prize Draw, or once during the Late Entry Promotion Period.

e. Any participant using multiple details (multiple email addresses/multiple mobile numbers and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any “Prize” (being a MP Prize or LD Prize or GPD Prize) will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the weekly entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims. Any consumer entering the promotion will be disqualified and any Prize will be void.

f. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotional Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

g. Bulk entries made from trade, consumers, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant or business is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses, multiple business names, falsifying receipts, using duplicate receipts, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any Prize will be void.

10. MAIN PROMOTION PRIZES

a. There are 16 x prizes to be won in total per Weekly Prize Draw during the Main Promotion Period (each a “MP Prize”). There are 192 x MP Prizes in total.

b. In each Weekly Prize Draw the following MP Prizes will be available to win:

i. 8 x £50 cash prize (96 in total)

ii. 8 x Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboards (12 x Magnetic Darts, 1 x Throw Line, 1 x Wall Mounting Kit) (96 in total)

c. £50 cash prize

Each winner of this MP Prize will receive £50 paid by bank transfer to a “Valid Account” being (i) a UK Sterling bank account; AND; (ii) a business bank account only; AND (iii) such account must be in the same name of the Business name used at the point of entry. The payment cannot be made in the name of any other person, into a personal bank account, or the name of another business. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NFBI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

d. Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboards prize

Each winner of this MP Prize will receive a Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboard (12 x Magnetic Darts, 1 x Throw Line, 1 x Wall Mounting Kit) delivered to the premise address supplied upon entry.

11. MAIN PROMOTION WINNERS SELECTION

a. For each Weekly Prize Draw, all eligible entries received within the relevant Weekly Prize Draw Promotion Period will be entered into a random draw to be carried out by computer in the presence of an independent operator.

b. For each Weekly Prize Draw:

i. The first eight participants randomly drawn will each win a £50 cash MP Prize.

ii. The next eight participants randomly drawn will win a Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboard MP Prize.

c. Each Weekly Prize Draw will take place within 7 working days of the relevant Weekly Closing Date.

d. A Business can win a maximum of one MP Prize throughout the Main Promotion Period.

e. Weekly Prize Draw entries received in a Weekly Prize Draw Promotion Period will not be carried over to the next Weekly Prize Draw, separate entries will be required from a participant.

12. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The 96 cash MP Prize winners will each receive an email within 28 working days of the relevant Weekly Closing Date. These MP Prize winners will each then have 14 days from receipt of this email and as set out in this paragraph 12a, to claim their relevant MP Prize, provide valid proof of Business (company registration or VAT certificate, or in case of sole trader proof of trading), and provide Valid Account details. Any MP Prize winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or valid proof of Business/proof of trading is not provided, or the MP Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial MP Prize notification date, or if the MP Prize is withheld, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original. Cash MP Prizes will not be deemed claimed if during the 14 days required under this paragraph, the relevant Winner does not provide the required details or provides invalid details which are not corrected by the relevant Winner, required to make the transfer of the cash MP Prize.

b. Any cash MP Prize will only be sent within 14 working days of MP Prize claim in accordance with paragraph 12a via bank transfer to a Valid Account. The payment cannot be made into a personal bank account or a different Business name.

c. The 96 Luke Littler Magnetic Dartboard winners will each receive an email within 14 working days confirming their win and their prize will be dispatched within 28 working days of their win. These winners will not need to claim this MP Prize. The relevant MP Prize will be sent to the postal address used at the point of entry.

13. GRAND PRIZE DRAW WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The Grand Draw Prize is £20,000 cash (the “GD Prize”).

b. For each valid weekly entry during the Main Promotion Period, an eligible Business will be allocated one entry for a chance to win the Grand Prize Draw (maximum of 12 entries in total).

c. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Monday 23^rd November 2026, and one winner of the GD Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received who have entered, in accordance with clause 9, within the Main Promotion Period (the “GD Winner”).

d. A participant can win both an MP Prize and the GD Prize.

e. The GD Winner will be notified by email using the details provided on entry, within 14 working days of the Grand Prize Draw. The GD Winner will have 14 days from the day in which the email is sent to claim the GD Prize (the “GD Claim Period”) and provide valid proof of Business (company registration or VAT certificate, or in case of sole trader proof of trading). that match details provided at the point of entry.

f. The GD Winner will receive £20,000 paid by bank transfer to a “Valid Account” being (i) a UK Sterling bank account; AND; (ii) a business bank account only; AND (iii) such account must be in the same name of the Business name used at the point of entry. The payment cannot be made in the name of any other person, into a personal bank account, or the name of another business. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NFBI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

g. Only valid proof of business that matches details used at the point of entry will be accepted. Only official documents can be accepted such as company registration or VAT certificate or in the case of a sole trader proof of trading. The Promoter reserves the right to also request proof of ID/age (passport or driving licence for example). Out of date proof of identity will not be accepted. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted as proof of identity. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry to confirm the information required in this clause 13. The decision of the Promoter on the validity of any proof of business or ID documents shall be final.

h. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the first 7 days of the GD Claim Period, another email notification will be sent. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the remaining 7 days of the GD Claim Period or provide valid proof of business or ID in accordance with clause 13g, the GD Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner which will have been drawn at the same time as the original in accordance with paragraph 13c. The new GD Winner will then be notified in accordance with this clause 13e, and a new claim period of 14 days will recommence.

i. Participants can opt out of the Grand Prize Draw by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts26.com by 23:59 on Sunday 22^nd November 2026.

14. LATE ENTRY PROMOTION PERIOD & LATE ENTRY WINNER SELECTION

a. There are 5 x £20 cash prizes available to win within the Late Entry Promotion Period (each a “LD Prize”).

b. All eligible entries received within the Late Entry Promotion Period will be entered into a random draw to be carried out by computer in the presence of an independent operator. The first 5 participants drawn will each win a LD Prize.

c. Only one entry per Business during the Late Entry Promotion Period.

d. The Winner notification, prize claim and prize fulfilment process for the LD Winners will be carried out in accordance with Clause 12a and 12b.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to prize winners caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.

16. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION

a. Any personal information that participants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, participants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Participants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here.

b. The Winning Business Names and counties will be made available to anyone who requests it by sending an email to help@kpnutsfordarts26.com within 1 month of the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date. Winners may request their business name and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@kpnutsfordarts26.com before the Late Entry Promotion Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.

c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use a participant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the participant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing Winning Business Names and counties in accordance with paragraph 16b of these Terms and Conditions.

17. GENERAL

a. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.

b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash (in respect of prizes that are not specified as cash) or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named Winner(s).

c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

d. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

e. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their Prize.

f. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

g. By entering this Promotion a participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

h. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

i. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if a participant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.

j. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.

k. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

l. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

m. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.

o. The Promoter reserves the right to verify Winners and ask for proof of full name, age and address including business address and evidence of business registration and to request ID before a Prize can be dispatched and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and business address evidence must match address details provided at the point of entry.

p. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

q. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
